OPERATION: CANDY CORN

Donate a New or Gently-Used Costume and Get a Free Ice Cream Sundae and Trick-or-Treat Bag

Hoffman’s Chocolates is pleased to announce that it will be partnering with Neighbors 4 Neighbors to support the non-profit organization’s Operation: Candy Corn initiative, a children’s Fall costume drive. The donated costumes will benefit Broward Homeless Education Assistance Resource Team (HEART) Program & Palm Beach School’s Homeless Assistance Program.  These programs work within the school system to help students and families in unstable housing situations.

We are so thrilled to be partnering with Neighbors4Neighbors to collect costumes for less fortunate children in our community

As part of the initiative, Hoffman’s Chocolates will be collecting new and gently used children’s costumes at all of its Broward and Palm Beach County locations from September 21through October 18. Anyone who donates a costume at a Hoffman’s Chocolates store will receive a free ice cream sundae and a trick-or-treat bag with goodies. Hoffman’s Chocolates and Neighbors4Neighbors are asking that all donations be complete costumes that are in good condition, with no rips or missing pieces. All collected costumes will be donated to the Homeless Assistance Programs.

Guests can ask a Hoffman’s Chocolates team member how to be entered for a chance to enjoy a Free Chocolate Haunted House Making Class for six people at their famed Chocolate Factory in Greenacres.

“We are so thrilled to be partnering with Neighbors4Neighbors to collect costumes for less fortunate children in our community,” said Lois Marino, Director of Community Engagement for Hoffman’s Chocolates. “At Hoffman’s Chocolates we believe in giving back to the community and we love to help put smiles on young faces. Additionally, Hoffman’s Chocolates will also be hosting a Taste of Fall Sampling at all of its stores in Broward and Palm Beach County on Friday, October 18 from 6 p.m.– 8 p.m. while supplies last.
